·      Home Inspection (less than 1500 sq. ft):    $375.00

·      Condo Inspection (less than 1000 sq. ft):          $325.00

·      Sunset Key Inspection (less than 1500 sq. ft):   $475.00

*All of the above include a 4 point inspection                                               

needed for insurance purposes.

(Houses over 1500 sq. ft will be charged .10 per sq. ft over.)

·      Mold Inspection/Indoor Air Quality (4 samples):        $395.00

·      Additional samples ea (air, swabs or actual):          $  95.00

(House needs to be closed up with air on for 24 hrs prior.)

·      4 Point Insurance Inspection:                         $175.00

Includes: electric, plumbing, roof & heat

·      Insurance Reduction Inspections:                   $175.00

For roof and shutter credits (OIR form, Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form).

Price if requested with a Home Inspection:             $125.00

(a $50.00 price reduction is given)
